By no means was this my best week,
Though I fought with all my might.
Now I’m in my recliner, in the dark
Grooving to Julie London all night.

She Needs a Raise
Tiny little kitten at the top of the stairs,
Standing on watch to protect us from bears.
I came down, no bears to be seen.
Sammy as a watch cat is mighty keen!
