Good Morning Kitten
Sammy has been zooming around all evening,
Whatever the chase remains a mystery.
Now she’s crashed because she needs,
A nap more than any cat in history.

There’s a kitten in my bed, oh yes there is,
There’s a kitten in my bed, oh yes there is,
She’s furry and so purry,
That I’m not in a hurry,
To get up when there’s a kitten in my bed.

One should not think to quibble.
That purring little ball of fur,
Sounds exactly like a tribble.

Sammy jumped into my laundry,
Her “Mao” sounding like a RAWR!
But she wasn’t really satisfied,
Till she jumped into my drawer.

The Cat Cave
The laundry is finally finished,
Now to fold it and lay it flat.
Till Sammy jumps upon the bed,
“I’m sorry, but you can’t do that.”

I Don’t Know Why
Sammy was quite intense this morning,
Playing with a rather large spider.
I tried to save the lonely arachnid,
But sadly, it was already inside her.
