Whomever wrote, “Like kittens in the snow,”
Must have thought it a fantastic bit.
So I took Sammy outside to play,
My wounds prove she did not like it.

Stayed up watching Joe Bob Ruins Christmas,
Darcy, Ernie, the whole gang was fine.
It ran until the early AM hours.
So I slept in until nine.
